All our orders are sent either tracked and/or Signed for, and we use mainly DPD and DHL. The option we use will depend on your order weight and your location, unless DHL Express is selected, in which case we will of course send using this courier, and well as fast tracking your order processing.
UK STANDARD SHIPPING: £3.95 – TRACKED SERVICE – takes approximately 2 days from order despatch.
EUROPE STANDARD SHIPPING: £14.95 – TRACKED SERVICE – takes approximately 5 days from order despatch.
WORLDWIDE STANDARD SHIPPING: £17.95 to £18.95 TRACKED SERVICE – ETA varies depending on country.
USA STANDARD SHIPPING: £15.95 – TRACKED SERVICE, which takes approximately 7 days from order despatch.
DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING: EXPRESS TRACKED SERVICE, offered for USA, China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand – faster than our regular tracked. See checkout page for current charges.
Please note these delivery times are estimated based on 1-2 days business days to dispatch your order and the guidelines given by our Couriers for average transit times. They are good estimates, but cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS:We accept returns on unworn items, in perfect condition, that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
If you require a different size you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted items for a refund.(This means you must post your return to us within 14 days of receiving your order)
**Please note goods returned after this time without prior agreement will not be accepted and you will need to pay additional postage to have the goods shipped back to you **
We cannot reimburse for returned items that are lost and we have not received, so we suggest using a tracked service and retaining proof of this until your refund is completed. Return items must include a note with your name, address, email and order number (or original packing slip / invoice) and reason for return. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
